What will be served exactly?
We can't tell you! Due to the fact that the meats served at the Feast are not commercially available, the exact menu will only be 100% final closer to the Feast. However, we guarantee that there will be courses served that are not available in restaurants or grocery stores.
Who will be the chef of the Biblical Feast?
Chef Moshe Basson is internationally renowned as “Israel’s Biblical Chef.” He searches the Bible and the local countryside for clues to traditional dishes, which he re-creates. Together with his son Ronny Basson, he runs the celebrated Eucalyptus restaurant in the Artist’s Colony in Jerusalem. Chef Basson was knighted in Italy for his resurrection of Biblical cuisine.
What is the Kashrut of the dinner?
Rav Yonatan Gabbai, of Moshav Maon, is renowned for providing meat of the highest kashrut as well as quality standards. He was certified by Rav Shlomo Kassin, Rosh Yeshiva of the Shehebar Sephardic Center, and Rav Yehudah Giat, the personal shochet of Chief Rabbi of Israel HaRav Mordechai Eliyahu ztz”l.
